"Hotel was so clean and all new. I loved their sauna and spa. Just hope spa pool temperature should be more hot. All others were perfect."

"Hidden gem in the back of old Albany. Good value for money and a very well-kept, clean property with all the amenities you require, ample parking and great check-in/check-out systems."

"Great stay in this clean apartment which had everything I needed for my stay. Quiet area and good parking."

"Handy, good shower, good bed and helpful stakk"

"This is our close get away from home via public transport. Less than half an hour from Auckland CBD on NX1 bus. Nice unit. Needed a bit of maintenance, but did not colour our stay. Close to ++ cafes and restaurants. 20 minute walk to Albany Mall."

"Traveling with grandkids. Kids enjoyed the spa"

"A lovely, modern hotel right next to the Quay. Easy access for food, drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Check in was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay."

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable. However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. It was ok for us as on this trip we just needed a bed at night, however we would have been very disappointed if wanted to spend any time there. Also, one...

"Lovely hotel, staff were however quite rude and unhelpful"

"Nice and clean and spacious but a bit out of the way"

"The room is modern and well kept. They clean the room every day. Very comfortable. There is a safe. There is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. A courtesy small container of milk is provided for tea/coffee. Ask the guest services if you need any amenities. Friendly staff. Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, and cafe. Very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very clean & well presented. It was very quite at night for sleeping with no outside noise being heard for such a central location. Nice & close to Sky City & other attractions. I also liked the fact that room service goes late into the night & early morning. I will definitely stay here again next time I come back to Auckland 🙂."

"Great location close to Viaduct restaurants and waterfront. Retro vibes are fun with spacious rooms and clean amenities. We will be back again!"

"Incredible hotel. Will return when in Auckland."

"Great stay, easy to drive where we wanted to go. Lots of great little restaurants and shops within walkin distance under 5 minutes."

"We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown."
