"Nice and clean."

"While waiting to check-in, a manager and another employee accused me of smoking in the lobby because they smelled smoke. I wasn’t smoking and have never smoked in my life! I was just waiting in the lobby for my family. They didn’t apologize and were rude and unprofessional. It’s an ‘ok’ lodging facility but due to that incident, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotel options available right next door within walking distance."

"The complimentary breakfast served was great, a nice selection of food to select from. All of the staff were friendly, helpful & professional. However, on Saturday afternoon my friend had elected to stay in our hotel room & grab dinner at the hotel restaurant. But according to the desk was not available because of low census which is to say the least…is unexpected? My friend said there was someone who worked there & they provided transportation via the hotel shuttle to & from a local...

"Clean and very helpful staff"

"Great room size, comfortable beds, clean, helpful staff, and great location! Our room smelled musty and a little moldy. We did see a leak line outside of our room, think that may have been the cause. We had room spray so didn’t bother us too much and we only stayed for two nights/didn’t spend too much time in the room. Anyone staying longer, I think the issue would need to be addressed. Will stay again!"

"great"

"Staff was brilliant, very helpful and professional. Our let down was with the pool, the water was really dirty looking, couldn't see the bottom of the pool at all which was so off putting. The bathroom of the room we had also needed replacing, the seal around the shower room was quite dirty looking due to wear and tear. The breakfast was lovely, it was replenished regularly while we ate."

"Great bar"

"Horrible property"

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home on a mountain. It was a little far from downtown Roanoke, about 20 minutes. Peter and his wife were filling in for the owners. They were pleasant and helpful. Peter’s breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a nice seating area. Overall a wonderful choice."

"Great stay,we stayed one day on our way to stay at our main vacation point. This was a great stopover, for rest and relaxation . The room was clean , the staff was nice and professional. Overall the property was a great safe place for my wife and I to stay the night. We enjoyed the stay so much , we booked another 1 night stay on our return home over a week later and still the same testimony. Clean, professional staff, and a safe place to stay the night and refresh for the return home. 2 thumbs...

"Beautiful stay. Regency Room food was great!"

"Marilyn made the checkin and checkout so easy. It was a pleasure and we would stay again. Our space had everything needed and was cute and clean. Easy parking and convenient location!"
