"Property is older and not well maintained. Had to have a room and this was all that was available. Stayed for a procedure at the hospital the next morning. Sheets were dirty and the room smelt bad. Strong odor from the rain they had. Place was busy with foot traffick. People all over the place. Crazy for middle of the week. Would not stay here again."

"Staff was amazing. Room and rest of the hotel was clean. The washer and dryer came in clutch. Breakfast was great with lots of options and very tasty."

"We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...

"The place looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and does not even have an ice machine. They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. "When I checked in the staff member was very rude and dry. She didn’t want to answer my questions and told me just to look it up in the website. Website didn’t show breakfast hours. Took my daughter to the pool. There weren’t any towels. We went to front desk different staff told us she only had one. I asked for an additional room towel at least she said no she couldn’t do that. Very bad customer service. Will not recommend or stay there again!"

"This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional."
