"Absolutely loved this location. I have never stayed here before and took a chance and it was so nice. Beautiful grounds and nice quiet atmosphere. The breakfast pass at the Dunes was amazing. The only downfall is there are no elevators so if you are on the 3rd floor (like we were) you have to climb the stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some people. Definitely would stay there again."

"Loved the location and cottage. Just the right size for us. Super close to the beach, walked through the parking lot and you were at the pool and the beach. They keep the beach access locked with a code so you don't have a lot of people walking through , not alot of traffic. Great lighting on the porch in the evenings. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again."

"It was such a pleasure meeting Bill and Veda during our stay! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us a delicious breakfast each morning and even packing up extra fruit for us to take to the beach, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. For our first visit to the Outer Banks, we truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. "Oksana and Mike were wonderful host with communication and information. There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes. The whole house is immaculate and everyone was so kind that we ran into who was also staying. 10/10 because I initially wanted to save some and get a hotel but so...
