"Amazing"

"Clean and convenient"

"Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate to price paid. Will come back."

"We loved the stay for Austin City Limits! Great location, good breakfast and the pool was nice after a long day in the heat"

"Pool no working for some reason."

"Room was clean and well maintained."

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."

"We have NOT received our deposit back, and we left the room just the way it was when we got there (besides the bed not being made) I called last week and could not get through to anyone on the property. Expedia said they’d have them call me last Friday. And they have not . This place steals your money."

"Very clean, great breakfast. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"I really enjoyed my stay at TownPlace Suites in Austin over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The entire property was very well maintained and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I rested very well before making the trip home the next morning. I'll be staying here again and would encourage others to try it out."
