"This was the perfect place to spend part of a night, get a shower and a little rest in order to access the Catania airport to return our rental car (route complex in the dark!!) and arrive on time to board our flight at 5;45 am. We did not get to eat, drink or enjoy the beach, but we recommend the hotel for ease, comfort, cleaniness."

"We stayed one night before an early flight from Catania. The hotel has a nice pool, which we used and enjoyed, and the crib for our baby was ready in the room when we arrived, as promised. Overall, we were comfortable.
For a hotel that presents itself as luxurious, some details felt neglected. Our main issue was the bathroom: the handheld shower head would not stay in its holder and fell more than once, and the water temperature was not consistent. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant,...

"Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time.
Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative.
Both ladies made my birthday...

"The room we chose was a great size. The bathroom was huge and it was clean. The two issues that made me review it as just ok were pretty big deals to me. First, the windows are terrible and the street was LOUD! It was all night long, so I got zero sleep.
The other issue was the bed was large (maybe a king size) but the flat sheet they used on the mattress didn’t fit so the mattress was exposed. I thought that was gross.
Thank goodness we were only there for 1 night before our flight."

"Struttura non adatta per una vacanza, tanto è vero che lavora solo con operai, cibo da mensa, noi avevamo la mezza pensione ma la domenica non c’era, senza che nessuno ce lo avesse detto, posto vicino al mare in due settimane non c’è mai stata una portata di pesce.
Tutte queste cose non si sapevano al momento della prenotazione.
Delusi !!!!!"

"I don’t expect people to break through two levels of security and start pounding on my third floor hotel room at 2 o’clock in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable, I have never felt less safe in a hotel. Had to the fact that it’s a third floor walk up, which no one bothers to mention in their reviews. Never. Again."
