"The rooms are very old and not updated, feels really nice outside but the rooms are very average. The front desk people are a hit or miss, some are nice and helpful and others have an attitude like they dont want to be there and dont give you any information for your stay that you should get when you check in, like how the parking works. I didnt know til we checked out that they charge for parking and you just use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage, so I was paying everytime...

"Nice and relaxed vibe at this hotel. The hotel and staff are nice and the breakfast is generous. The bar area was simple but had a good vibe, also my teenage son enjoyed staying there till late after the NBA games :-) Location is very good if you want to stay near the water and piers."

"The chocolates they had on hand , were horrible.., that were sent up to my room. The tastes were too strange. I threw 1/2 away or spit them out. Choose better chocolates. The robot waiter was great. Staff were great. Property was small. Thought I was getting a view and I had a view of a wall. Driving into the property is tricky, I missed it 2 times. If traffic is behind you, and in a rush, you’ll miss the parking structure. It’s right at the corner.. and valet is 95$, no choice or street...

I thought parking was free but it was not.
Had an early flight so did not get to have breakfast and there was no coffee.
Due to early flight we did not get to use hotel shuttle so we had to order an Uber. Also, we took hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel and waited for over an hour for it to pick us up. Other hotel shuttles went by twice while we waited. :(
People were coming and going all hours of the night making it loud for sleeping.

The noise was constant throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep. I did report the issue to the front desk.
