"Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎"

"The room we stayed in was filthy. Ordered a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean but that was about it. When I picked up the key at the front desk - the lobby had the aroma of marijuana.
