"The parking was valet only even though the parkinglot was right there & they charge it to your room. The staff was rude & unhelpful anytime we had a question. The room was hot where they control the air so no matter how low we turned it it wouldn’t get cool. Room was not worth what they charged in our opinion. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had to."

"The central station hotel is fantastic! It’s a great location in Memphis. It also has great on site restaurants and bar.
However, Expedia did a poor job as a third party. They did not have the right card information for the hotel so our payment did not go through. It was so difficult to get a hold of customer service at Expedia as well."
