Wish we had not rented this house. Here is a list of the shortcomings of this rental unit.On Vrbo, the property is described as "a house with 2 full beds in 2 bedrooms and a loft with a futon”. When in fact the house is a 1-bedroom with a loft and one bathroom, the second bedroom is “not" in the same building but in a small building behind the house, and is a one-bedroom with no bathroom, which presents a problem to those who need to use the restroom in the middle of the night.The living room area does not have drapes or shades, so those sleeping on the pull-out sectional will have trouble sleeping in when the sun rises.There is no futon in the loft, just a pad. The loft is made more for children, since it has a low ceiling, an adult can not stand upright. Also, the ladder to the loft is not built for adults, with short rungs, not angled and terrible handles. The AC in the main building is in the loft, there is a remote but you can’t see the AC settings from the first floor, necessitating climbing the “inadequate” ladder to see the temperature setting.There is no WI-FI The coffee maker is broken and no coffee mugsFurniture outside had to be scrubbed to remove mold and eat on the table House was 90 when we entered Towels smelled mustyWe were promised a credit of 100 since the house had a showing(house is for sale)and we had to leave. Also 25 for broken coffee maker she promised to have. She has ghosted meNightly rate is extremely high for what is provided.
