"This is a delightful little classic Ocean City, NJ Motel very close to the ocean and Boardwalk. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with excellent air-conditioning and appliances. I can’t say enough about the staff here. They are extremely helpful in every way and very accommodating with your checking in while you’re here and while you depart, I highly recommend this motel for a step back in time to classic Ocean City while having a modern conveniences. "The room was good for sleeping and the pool was nice. Otherwise, the toilet was constantly running (it probably needed a new flapper ball and seal), there was a broken refrigerator taking up space in the very small room, (plus one behind a door that worked),the electric stove burners were absolutely scary, and the blinds wouldn’t close."

"the staff is friendly and helpful but the property is old tired and worn….we checked out early because we got locked in our room and when we finally freed ourselves we got locked out of our room and the only available room was for that nite only …i was not interested in moving to yet another room. It was exhausting and exasperating.Any other room that may have worked had not been cleaned???Not sure why all rooms aren’t cleaned at checkout, regardless it was an unfortunate experience ."

"I stayed 2 nights. Good location. We could walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Rooms and fresh towels are only provided per guest request. Rooms are not cleaned daily. The room was clean minus the baseboards. The room was quiet and had a nice shower with good water pressure. On the last day the battery to our door lock died preventing us from entering our room. The staff had to let us in our room and change the battery to our door lock."

"The property itself was clean, and the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was nice, although a little small.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very disappointing. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned or tidied up during our entire stay. We had to call to request additional towels, and even then, they were never brought to our room. We ultimately had to go get them ourselves.
