"The place has derilict cars in the parking lot, cots stored in the hallways, and the carpets are musty. Sadly very run down. We cancelled our reservation. The owners agreed to a 50% cancellation fee but have since gone silent. Stay away."

"Stayed one night on July 3/26. The toilet seat was not attached properly and was almost sliding off. Toilet roll holder was in the most bizarre spot. Very low to rhe ground in front of toilet, I could barely reach it.. Air conditioner was super loud and we could not turn it down. We checked out just before 7am and the desk clerk was fast asleep, I had to raise my voice to wake him up! We will not go back."

"Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!"

Were clean and well maintained. Pool staff was excellent but pool could have been cleaner. Wilkes Bar was disappointing…. Don’t really accommodate hotel guests for walk ins and could not even make reservations for the next night but they seem to always have availability in the dining room and room service.
