You and your family and guests will enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 2,148 sq ft beautiful Lake Ossipee Townhouse. This lakeside retreat offers panoramic views of the tranquil Patch pond, filled with nature and all it's beauty, or take a beach chair down to the main Lake Ossipee only a short 1 minute walk . Dont forget to keep a sharp eye out for the majestic bald eagle soaring the skies above, or the otter swimming below!
Lots to do on this beautiful lake surrounded by the breath taking White Mountains. Take in the great outdoors by enjoying a hike on one of the many nature trails. Enjoy lakeside activities, such as swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding (both of which are provided) on beautiful Lake Ossipee. If boating is your desire you can rent a pontoon boat from one of the local marinas.
Enjoy other activities such as golfing, bicycling, the local Hobbs Brewery, or head to the nearby town of Wolfesboro, where you can walk the town for some shopping and lakeside dining. Finally, finish your day sipping a beverage and watching the stunning sunsets over the mountain range just beyond the pond.

Peaceful lake living

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet, relaxing retreat. The home had everything we needed to feel like it was our own. The surrounding area was beautiful and we went on a number of family excursions that were near by. Day trips to the coast were a short ride and there were some great places to see nature at its finest even closer by. The owner was there for us to answer any questions with a fast text response. We loved the lake the property sets on and the game room was fantastic for the kids on a rain day. The community was surprisingly quiet. We barely heard a peep from any of the lake homes after 10pm, even on the weekend. A great relaxing getaway. This is an easy recommendation from me. Very nice!

Lake visit

Very nice property that had everything needed for a great vacation. My wife and I were there for two weeks, our daughter and grandkids, 6 and 10, were there for a few days and everyone really enjoyed the place. There is so much to do in the area. We hiked, swam, ate lots of great food, to much ice cream, and just had a great time.

Exceeded Expectations!

I am delighted with our two week stay! Lisa was very responsive and made sure we were all set for the duration of our stay. The condo was spacious, in excellent condition, beautifully updated, and fully equipped with everything we could need. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future!

Gorgeous condominium with so much to offer!

This has to be the most outstanding Deer Cove rental unit. It has luxurious upscale furnishings and is very well equipped with multiple kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, and wonderful deck with spectacular sunsets overlooking Ossipee and Sandwich mountains. Deer Cove condos have a quiet beach at the center of the protected western shore of Ossipee and a dedicated swimming area was perfect for the young ones. This condo has a huge amount of space for families to spread out and enjoy themselves with four floors, four bathrooms, four bedrooms, two living rooms, and two decks/patios. Lisa is a wonderful host and the unit’s proximity to Rt 16 restaurants and shopping makes this an ideal central location. Day trips offer some of the best hiking in New England, visits coastal towns of Maine / New Hampshire, antique shopping in every direction and countless other activities. You literally could spend a summer here experiencing something different every day!

Amazing week!

We make an annual trip to Ossipee, this is the 4th time staying in the condo development......Lisa's unit by far was the nicest/cleanest/most up to date. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. Our kids look forward to our week in NH every single summer and this year was one of the best.

Great Vacation at Fabulous Condo on Ossipee Main Lale

This is the best place we have ever rented on Ossipee. The furnishings are truly upscale, the beds are all very comfortable, and the balcony overlooks the Patch Pond with Rattlesnake and Nickerson Mountains in the background. From this setting, we enjoyed morning coffee, spectacularly colorful sunsets, daily river otter pond visits and even periodic eagle dives into the pond. This beautiful condo is well equipped with kayaks and paddle boards and in the best location on the main lake to enjoy these on the more protected west shore. Its location near 16 is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Lisa is very accommodating in every way, provided all the information needed ahead of time, checking up to see if we had any questions. We are very much looking forward to our visit there next summer!!

Amazing stay!

The property is very clean and well maintained. Lisa was amazing to work with from booking to check out. She will check in on you during the stay to make sure everything is perfect and ask if you need anything. The house included a detailed binder of very helpful info about the house, lake access and rules and nearest stores/restaurants. The rental is stocked with extra linen, towels for both showering and swimming, water toys as advertised and life jackets! The bottom floor has a pool table, tv/PlayStation and a ton of board games for all ages - if you are rained in there is plenty of indoor activities to do with the family. Our family was entertained at all times. This home is as comfortable as your own and was set up to guarantee guests fully enjoyed their vacation. Thank you so much Lisa for everything! Our family loved your home. We will definitely be back next summer!

Amazing Place for Family with Kids!

We are from Manhattan and were looking for a place to get out of the city and be able to enjoy outdoors. I have 2 kids, 7 and 4 years old. It was my first time renting a house in Vrbo and first time in New Hampshire. I just wanted a place that I could walk to a lake beach. Well... This place and specifically this house ended up being way above my expectations! First, Lisa, is very friendly, open, responded quickly to my questions, sent tips and suggestions... she was lovely the entire process! Second, her house is VERY WELL furnished and equipped (everything high standard)! I was amazed! All details taken care of. Very comfortable and it was perfect for our family of four. Third, the location was very easy to enjoy. The lake is lovely. The beach in front of the condo was very calm, not crowed. Friendly neighbors. We went for a 2 weeks and ended up staying 4 weeks! Supermarket is very close. and there are lots of nice parks close by too. If you are looking for a calm, zero stress, relax time with kids, this is very good place! We were there during summer 2020, August, and the weather was also fantastic!

Summer on Ossipee Lake

As a family we were very lucky to find this condo for the weeks we wanted on a lake we love. The accommodation was all we could have wanted. It was of a very high specification and very clean and welcoming. The area was safe and quiet and we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
