"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

"Very big house that accommodated a lot of people without feeling like we were on top of each other. We couldn’t get the TVs to work, which was a minor inconvenience. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay. "

Nice big table in the dining room for games. We used the fire pit 1 night which was nice. Trash removal on-site instead of having to bring our trash elsewhere. Ben responded quickly when I had a question! We had a very nice week. "

Probably for the first time renting a vacation spot, we didn't need to contact the owner for a single thing. All utilities and appliances worked well. The personal touches of family photos and heirlooms, the creative use of paneling and woodwork, the modern conveniences...all contributed to the enjoyment of staying in this charming cabin."
