Cozy condo with private access to the Saco River

Very clean two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a family-friendly association. Comfortably sleeps 6 with all the comforts of home including cable, internet, and a full kitchen. The property contains a multi-sport​ complex, outdoor pool, and private access to the Saco​ River.

A short ride to Conway village, Story Land, Diana's​ baths, Jackson Falls, and much more! Minutes from Mount Cranmore and a short drive to many other skiing options such as Attitash, Wildcat, Bretton Woods, and many hiking trails.

A perfect place for family ski trips, shopping at Settlers Green​ or creating memories on the Saco River.

Everything about this spot was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, and I especially appreciated it being stocked with basic amenities like trial size, soaps, and shampoo, along with coffee and sugar and spices we were able to make all our meals without any concerns of not having the proper equipment. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

This was perfect for our last minute trip to the Conway area to ski and see family. These condos are old (as are many in the area) but it was extremely clean, comfortable and had the amenities we needed like Wi-Fi and smart TV's. The location is not super close to North Conway, but an easy 10-20 minutes depending on where your headed. It would be very close for the Fryberg fair and Saco tubing! Two of the three beds were on the firm side, but seemed to be newer memory foam style and even though I don't prefer firm, I slept fairly well. The kitchen was well stocked, which was nice. Over all, a cozy and comfortable stay and we'd stay again!

I felt totally safe going to the parking lot. I liked the remote feeling of the property. It felt like we were in the woods, quiet, trees, and birds in the back flying in and out of the yard area. Very pleasant. I would recommend a stay to anyone going to Conway, NH.

It was clean and roomy. The accommodations were perfect for the five of us. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We had accidently booked for 2026 instead of 2025 but he helped us rebook for our stay as it was vacant. He responded quickly when we had questions. Excellent host.

This condo is a triple threat... clean, convenient, and appointed with care. Every drawer and cabinet is stocked with the comforts of home and every room is tastefully adorned. Beautiful cozy condo

The condo is in a very quiet community. Minutes from the Fryeburg Fair where we were going to visit. Close to shopping and other services. I would definitely recommend this property!

Girls weekend

We loved the condo, there was nothing we didnt have! Appreciated that it had all the necessities and more, have stayed at other rentals and was lucky to have forks. The whole place had a welcoming vibe, will definitely stay again when in the area! The only slight downside was the pool was so cold but it was nice to lay in the sun.
