"Two bedroom units were perfect size. Lots of room and had large kitchen and bathrooms. Closets were also large. Beds were a little small but we are used to a king bed. Overall, would recommend highly due to location, amenities and staff was fantastic to work with each day. It was great being next to train station, Whole Foods and lots of restaurants. Would stay here again."

"My evaluation of this establishment is centered squarely on the quality of their customer service, which failed to meet even the most basic industry standards during a recent travel crisis. After our flight to Denver was canceled multiple times over a single weekend, making it physically impossible to reach the destination, we sought a reasonable resolution with the management. Despite the extenuating circumstances, the hotel strictly enforced an uncompromising "no refund" policy, showing zero...
