"I’ve stayed here numerous times and plan to keep it as my go-to hotel in Wellington. Other reviews have mentioned many of the hotel’s advantages, but as someone who doesn’t like elevators, I especially appreciate that I can book a room without the sometimes complicated task of securing a lower floor afterward—since the hotel only has 2 floors."

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine"
