"The room and bed and kitchen were top-notch. The location has lots to do and good transport. Communication was lacking. I didn't get the discount code for parking or my wifi code in time to use them. There are no clear instructions on how to get from parking to hotel. The staff are not forthcoming or well informed. Disappointing, because the room was really comfortable. Except that there is no way to control the temperature, which was too warm for me at night. "

"This was such a cute little room. We were on the top floor with skylights. The amount of natural light in the apartment was awesome. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and having a kitchen was great. It is centrally located with a subway station right outside your door (literally). There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is that businesses close pretty early in this area which gives way to Enoch square feeling a little bit unsavory."

"The unit is large and very clean and comfortable. Location is very central and close to everything. They don’t have on site parking , so the recommended lot is about a 10 minute walk . It is discounted and fairly inexpensive . Check in process was a bit redundant asking for credit card info to be entered , even though they already had it from my initial booking . The check in info is not given until the afternoon of your arrival , which makes it a bit difficult to plan ahead . Communication...

"We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away."

"This is a very nice hotel. It is not the most modern facility but it is very clean. I had a lovely stay. The staff are so friendly and are very willing to help with anything. My only notice was there was no electric outlets by the head of the bed, so anyone using a BIPAP/CPAP machine would need a long extension cord. Maybe that can be provided. The bathroom was spotless. I used the plastic zip bag that was for extra pillows as a container for some clothes, instead of keeping some clothes in my...

"We needed a safe place to sleep for an early start. We had an apartment. Which was spacious and gave us plenty of room for 7 of us "

"A small, not-fancy hotel with a personable pub perfect for overnight in Glasgow. Excellent location in formidable Merchant's City - close to trains and transport, shopping an restos. Pub had small but adequate variety of draughts but the kitchen put out a repast that was surprisingly fresh and tasty. Staff were very courteous. A nice change from the all too available modern sterile same-decor chain hotel."
