"Lady at front desk was so patient and kind. Beautiful smile. I have Parkinson’s and forgot to do handicap she just smiled and said she would take care of it. The handicap bathroom was perfect for showering only suggestion is moving soaps closer to chair so we don’t have to risk standing up and falling. I looked around might be trying but the middle is better and easy for both. Ty tru for making our stop enjoyable."

"Great staff. It could have been a bit more clean, but there were alot of people in town for baseball. The breakfast was fresh and decent"

"Perfect"

"The entire property was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of good protein sources and the coffee was good and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great night’s sleep as the bed was wonderful as were the blackout shades"

"Hey"

"We arrived at the hotel n was greeted by a very nice young man n the place was amazing the food was as well the rooms were amazing too"

"Clean"

"1. Bed comfortable 2. Floors were sticky by the refrigerator and by one of the beds 3. No toilet tissue 4. No Shampoo/Conditioner 5. Had blinds but no blackout curtains, room to bright for sleeping"

"Holiday inn Express is always a good bet. The IHG standard is always kept"

"I think the house keeping could have been better as far as trash removal from the room. The bathroom door had to be closed hard in order to lock it. The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service."

"Cleaned unit."

"I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one....

"I liked that it had a kitchen w a full size fridge and was spacious . Courtyard was neat w a grill & chairs. Water pressure in shower wasn't great. There were stains on the couch so we didn't use it at all. No elevator, had to walk upstairs."
