"The energy is amazing. Everyone is so pleasant and courteous. The price seems too good to be true. The breakfast had lots of offerings but not very high quality. There is a separate restaurant on site which looks like it would be better from what I’ve seen when I checked it out. Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in the area."

"Everything was great except breakfast. It was small and way too many people. My coffee had an inch of grounds in it that I didn't realize until half way through. So gross. We loved the hotel though...still smelled new and was very clean. We loved being so close to UTC also. Great location. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Sarasota."

"Stayed one night qith kids. Manager gave us free breakfast. Great location next to the mall and restaurants. Pillows could be better but overall pur stay was great"

"The hotel was terrific. We went to enjoy USA 250th celebration and fireworks. We arrived and the hotel staff showed me a plaque where I had been designated guest of the day and they gave us a free bottle of nice wine and free valet parking. The room was clean and plenty of space. Our first night we went to the rooftop bar and ate light with a burger and beers. On the 4th we took a walk on the streets in the morning, very clean and safe. "There was no refrigerator in the room. When I went to pick up my car, I gave them the ticket. They lost the ticket and I waited for over 20 minutes to get my car. The room had no bottled water and I found out when I was leaving that bottle of water was served free to all rooms. It was a two bedroom room and one of the beds seem to have collapsed and never been fixed. Much lower than the other bed."

Earlier in the day, I received a text message stating that if I needed anything, I could simply reply to that number. Around 8:00 p.m., while my husband and I were out for a walk, my father called to say he had a severe headache.
