"Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"

"The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove...

"The location is great for the East side of the main island. There are several great beaches close by, the rainforest was easy to get to and we were not far from the Ferry.It is a great condo with lots of space. The outdoor area was very nice and had a view of the ocean down to the marina.We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Puerto Rico!"

"Katia was an incredible host. Communication on point and pro-active and even very understanding and constructive when I messed up and our check-out was delayed.
Further, she went above and beyond making sure we feel welcome as a family. She ordered and installed a baby plug and play bed after we inquired if one was available and installed a baby seat at the table and ensured the AC was on just before our arrival.
