Whether you're strolling, biking, or exploring the island like a local in a rented golf cart (book early—weekends are busy!), this location offers both convenience and serenity.



    Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen if you’d rather cook, or gather in the living room, which comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests thanks to a queen pull‑out sofa. The bedroom features a king‑size bed and private bath with dual vanities and tub/shower combo, plus there’s an additional guest half‑bath.

Had a wonderful time. Can not say enough about Pelican Vacation. The staff is super professional and nice. The entire trip was made better and was over the top just by how much Pelican Vacation homes is involved in the community. It is almost like staying at an all inclusive resort. Every where we turned our property had sponsored some lovely way to enjoy the island more. I actually grew up on the island and can say this was one of my best trips coming home. Thank you so much. Special shout out to Tori for going above and beyond on just making sure we had everything we needed and accommodating our stay even longer.

Old Florida

Great property located in a quiet cove in this wonderful town that is a poster for old Florida. Easy communication with the hosts..comfy bed and nice amenities. Really nice pool as well.We would recommend anyone staying here!

A must stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The check in and our process was easy and the location was perfect to walk to everything in town. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for the July 4th and the view was perfect! We had a great view of fireworks from the front porch, we never had to leave the condo and fight the crowds!

Wonderful Time!

The condo was exceptionally clean and in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony. Condo was perfect. Very easy to work with VRBO and the Management Company. Can't wait to stay here again..

Wonderful condo in great location.

The condo was exceptionally clean and in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great view from the balcony. all amenities were as advertised. Great job by VERBO and the owner. Would definitely stay at this property again..

Cedar Key VRBO

This place is great, 3rd floor marsh view from the back porch, Gulfview from the front. Cedar Key is small but enough amenities for all. Definitely a must-do again, very relaxing. Rent a golfcart! !

Great Stay!

We had a lovely stay, and the condo was just as described. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the many birds in the area. It is also an easy walk down to the beach and everything on second street. We would definitely stay here again! FYI, the pool/hot tub are not available and the elevator wasn’t working during our visit in November 2024, if those are important to you.

Loved that gorgeous view! There was one hiccup with the unit’s preparation: there was no bedding on the pull-out couch; but the problem was addressed quickly, and everything went well after that.

Amazing stay!

Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful condo with us! We were visiting for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary and will for sure be back! Very quiet, friendly property. Condo was beautifully decorated & perfect for the 2 of us! The binocular basket was enjoyed every morning, while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony! Very nice touch! ;-)

Birdwatcher’s Delight!

The condo unit was clean, well furnished and stocked with all the necessary supplies for a great stay. The location is ideal: a short walk to downtown, Dock Street, and the marina. The back balcony overlooks a lovely slough where you can see roseate spoonbills, pelicans, and countless other birds as the tides come and go. Storage is abundant! I loved the large master closet so that all our bags could be kept tucked away. There is also an elevator nearby for ease and convenience. I hope to return!
