"When we arrived, the hotel employees were on strike, which was not disclosed to us before our stay. The room we were initially assigned was directly above the picketing area, where union workers were using megaphones, drums, and banging pots and pans. The noise began around 5:30 AM each day and continued until approximately 6:00 PM, making it nearly impossible to rest, sleep in, or even take a nap during the day.
When we first approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was not helpful....

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a suite for a wedding we were attending and requested an early check-in; however, they were unable to accommodate this request (which I understand). However, when we returned to the room after the wedding, we found that the bathroom sink was backed up, causing an unpleasant odor. I immediately contacted the front desk, who advised they would send someone up to fix the issue, but no one ever came.

Checking out was an ease. I highly recommend this hotel and wished I was able to stay here more than one night. It was far better than the hotel I stayed at for the duration of my stay in the Emerald City."
