"The cabin was cozy and cute. Small for four people but we made it work. Lots to do and the host was very responsive to any needs. Quiet neighbor hood, felt like we were alone in the woods. Overall a great stay."

"Overall good place. More designed for fishing and sport than other stays. I longed for a small closet space, but we made do. I never did find the washing machine it said was on the property. Bobby was very responsive to our needs."

"We loved the location of the property and how close to town we were but still had some peace and quiet when there. The backyard fire pit was perfect for our group! The property had everything we could have wanted. Check in was easy and seamless. "

"We originally booked in July, but our Granddaughter was born sooner than expected. The host was gracious enough to switch our dates. Thank you Harry for your flexibility. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the Flat. The location was perfect for us. Great stay overall. Would definitely stay there again."

"This property was exactly like the pictures. I absolutely loved everything about this place!The Hot Tub was heavenly, had a fantastic at the Gorge, the River, The Bridge!I can’t wait to come back!!!!"

"The property is an affordable option if you want to visit New River Gorge and not pay hundreds per night at the resort or tent camp in order to do so. For the price you get a clean, air conditioned place to stay with a basic kitchen and great shower, which is perfect for after a day of hiking or other activities. You can't walk to get anywhere and it's a 15-20 minute drive into town, so just plan accordingly. The host is very responsive and helpful. "

"The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again."

"We chose this cabin for our stay in WV on a fishing trip. The cabin was clean, comfy and a nice, quiet, secluded lot not far from Route 19. The process of booking the stay and getting in and out were great.The only issues were the Hot water for showering was not particularly hot and the dishwasher. The dishwater had a sensor prompt an error and beeped an alert. The alert would not cancel and power OFF only lasted for 3-5 seconds before the alert beeping came back ON. It beeped all night and...

"We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved this cabin. It had everything we needed and had movies and toys for the little ones to play with. We loved sitting on the wrap around porch to have our drinks. The last night there we had a black bear visit in the side yard. He didn't bother us and left after a few minutes. So cool to see. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent this cabin!!"

"Sweet little getaway. We were babysitting for our daughter & son-in-lawwho was camping 10 minutes away and it was just what we wanted. My only suggestion would be to add a few blankets. We loved everything about this place and would go again!"
