"This is a great property and a great place to stay! When booking though realize that communication with this host is done through vrbo. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean.
That said, you can NOT check in early. They only allow check in AFTER 4 PM. SO DON'T bother to show up early.
I hope this helps others when they book a stay here.

"What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. The house sits on a ravine with great sunset views from both the back patio and raised front patio. Lots of outdoor space, bedrooms were very comfortable, living space was large and well appointed. "very welcoming and responsive host. The bungalow was spotless, well-appointed and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the living room/lounging area was perfect for conversing and watching television.
