A Frame situated in the BEST location in all of Lake Arrowhead-Emerald Bay. We have taken our time to update this original A frame to include modern amenities like a brand new central AC unit but also keeping the original cozy vibe! You can hang out in the backyard under the strung market lights and BBQ while playing a game of horseshoes or corn hole in our adorable backyard! Lakefront access, 10min from several hiking trails, 2min from 4x4 off road trails too! 30min from Skiing, tubing, snowboarding in Big Bear. 5min from the village: lots of restaurants and shopping! The Chalet is 12 min from Sky Park- a mountain biking Mecca with over 17 trails for all levels of riders and SO many options of things to do with kids.

The space:
This 3 level home sleeps 8 and perfect for multiple families.
*Downstairs bedroom and bath with a bunk bed (full bottom/twin over top) as well as a desk/chair working space as well as an open sitting area.
*Main floor has a deluxe queen bed with an adjacent bath
*Upstairs loft area with two deluxe queens and a cozy kids twin nook.
*Mud room with workout equipment and a great space for mountain/road bikes to store safely indoors while still out of the way of your living areas.

Plenty of room and fun for everyone!

Adorable upgraded kitchen, coffee & tea bar fully stocked, dining nook with room for 8, sofa big enough for everyone to curl up, fireplace, cozy blankets throughout, 55" TV with streaming services, high speed wifi, piano, BBQ and dining set on the patio and ALL the puzzles, weights (5, 10, 12lb), exercise bands, jump rope, pickle ball equipment & games your get-a-way heart desires. If it's apple season please and pick some apples from our VERY old apple tree on property- enjoy!

You will have this entire private chalet to yourselves!
*Once reservation has been confirmed I will provide you a secure key code for entry as well as all details you will need including area suggestions for fun, play and dining during your stay.
*There is one closet that we keep locked with extra supplies. You will have access to some basic cleaning supplies should you need them, extra towels & pillows as well as the nest thermostat heater.
*We provide duraflame logs for your stay- please don't use any outside wood or kindling
*I am available 24/7 for any need you might have during your stay (love to give local activity suggestions & recommendations) oh and please let me know if you're celebrating anything special!

Other things to note:
DOGS: We are animal lovers and do allow up to two dogs with a pet fee: $100 per trip (not per dog- one flat fee). Pet waste pickup tools and disinfectant are located outside to the left of side yard door and a hose are located at back of the house. All pet waste must be disposed of in trash cans located by yard OR an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged. We have doggie treats, food/water bowl & poop bags.

SECURITY CAMERAS: we do have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of the house-designed to maintain your privacy while enjoying our home. Located downstairs door as well as the patio door. Used to ensure we don't go over capacity on occupants.

PARKING: max of 4 cars on property; in level concrete driveway.

STRICT NO SMOKING on property policy $750 cleaning fee if violated.

NO PARTIES but we want you to have fun and enjoy our home as much as others and we do!!

Please note- if you do bring extra pets and/or extra people (over 8) we will see from the cameras and expect compensation. We allow dogs so please don't hide them- you will be charged an additional $150 pet fee for any animal not disclosed and $100 per person per night over what our 8 person max permit allows. We don't want to loose our permit- so please respect our rules.

We brought the family for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was close to the village and to the lake as well. We enjoyed the coffee bar, the bbq and loved the peekaboo view of the lake from the front porch.

Great location. The perfect getaway we needed from the city. Best part is that it snowed! A winter wonderland! The house is charming and has a great view. Walking distance from the lake.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful A-Frame over Christmas. The cabin was decorated for Christmas so that made it extra special. Love that it's dog-friendly. Our two dogs had a blast. There is a little cut out in the wall where they keep all the games and toys and my 2 year old loved it - he basically spent most of his time in there. I would love to come back and experience it in summer. The only areas of opportunity are putting a queen sized bed in the downstairs room since that room would've been perfect for my brother but the bed was too small for him. Also, as some other mentioned, there are some holes in the backyard fencing, which isn't ideal if you bring dogs but thankfully it wasn't an issue for our dogs since they are well trained and know not to run away.

We had a great time staying at the A-frame lake house! Comfortable, stylish, and with all the modern amenities and great views from the large windows. The coffee bar was convenient and fully stocked and the mattresses are really comfortable. Communication with the owner was east and prompt. Easy check in and our. All around, a great stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves at this property. Heather was a great host that was available for questions, quick to respond, and generous. There was a note for us with a gift upon arrival. The home is a beautiful A-frame with a great view from the living room. Great location too. It was well appointed, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and it was pet friendly! My wife appreciated the coffee provided as well. It was nice not to have to run out every morning. With plenty of snow on the ground our son spent a lot of time outside sledding. Thank you for having sleds to use. There are plenty of trails nearby, and I look forward to exploring more when the snow melts! The family consensus is that this was our most favorite home we have stayed in at Lake Arrowhead. We will be back again soon. Thank you!

My family had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the Christmas tree and decorations. The hosts stocked many supplies from coffee bar to pet treats and even make up wipes! The wipes came in very handy since I forgot mine! Would definitely stay there again!

We were looking for a house that would allow our daughter, son-in-law - their 2 kids (18 months and 11), and my husbands parents to gather for a week. This house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and lots of little surprises that the entire family loved. There were games, books and toys for both the girls, dog treats and even a welcome gift. The bathrooms are small, but work great. The yard and deck make good spaces to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or grill something up for dinner. Heather was a great host!

The Chalet is nicely decorated, maintained and very functional. The bedrooms are organized at 3 levels: attic, ground floor and at the 1st floor with a large living room and well equipped kitchen. All appliances are in excellent shape and the outside gas BBQ is very efficient. Interior is decorated in style and with a great attention to details. There is very fast WiFi, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, news etc. A lot of interesting books and games for all ages. In front of the Chalet there is a large parking space (3 cars). The backyard is modest and simple and can serve the needs for both large and small dogs. Well behaved and obedient dogs do not necessary require constant supervision when in the backyard, but others do, as the fence has holes to the neighbor's yard and it is fully open to a busy street - I bet, this can be fixed soon. Walking a dog around the lake (which is a private property) is permitted on a 6ft leash. Walking around the lake with or without a dog is enjoyable experience as the trail is mostly in full shade. However, you have to ask the owner to provide you a pass-card that is a key to open the gates. You also need to stop by the Arrow Lake Association (ALA) office in the Village to register and to get a bracelet for 1-, 3-, or 7-day access. There is a nice dog park nearby the Chalet; just a 5 mins drive; highly recommended. Also, there are plenty of 1-3 mikes hiking trails around (all accept dogs). Overall, we were very pleased with the stay.

Heather was great - providing directions, check-in/out instructions, info on places to go and see, etc. we really enjoyed the cabin - comfy beds, plenty of room, full kitchen with Keurig/ coffee. Our dog enjoyed the outdoor space. Hikes around the lake (across the street) and lake view from the living room windows. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This place exceeded our expectations. It was beyond beautiful and clean. It has an amazing view to enjoy with a fully stocked coffee bar. The kitchen was stocked and equipped for all your cooking needs. Our puppy also enjoyed her stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

My sister and I went up to Lake Arrowhead and stayed at EBC for a quick business trip! The environment up there was so nice and relaxing! Our host Heather did such a beautiful job decorating the Chalet to encompass the whole Lake Arrowhead feel! She literally thought of everything! Amazing coffee bar and all supplies we needed for a perfect girls night! I even brought my own face wash but I had to use her adorable individually packed face wash packs! Haha. This is a must stay! Great view and just an amazing environment!
