"The most upsetting thing was that they did not have record of our order for two accessible rooms. Tried to put us in regular rooms on second floor, which was a problem for me when it came to showering and safety in an evacuation.Blamed 3rd.party scheduling (Expedia?) for mistake and said accessible rooms are more expensive than what we paid!!
