This newly renovated and furnished Shawano Lake home has it all! From the lake house you see beautiful views of sunset over the lake. Enjoy relaxing by the fire pit, spacious deck lounge area, or playing in the water with the kayaks and paddle boards! Enjoy your meals on the grill at the outdoor dining area or inside dining area, both with views of the lake. Plenty of board games are stocked for adults & kids, and Smart TVs in bedrooms (with memory foam mattresses) & living area for rainy days!
Bedroom 1: King bed with new memory foam mattress, 43” Smart TV. Dresser and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two full bunk beds with new memory foam mattresses (each comfortably sleeps 1 upper and 2 lower). 43” Smart TV. Dresser and closet. Pack n` plays available for use during stay. White noise machine and night light stocked in bedroom. Kids toys and games stocked.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with new memory foam mattress, 43” Smart TV. Dresser and closet.
All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home cooked meals including pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, baking dishes. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked.
The coffee & tea bar includes a 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.
Bathroom has a bathtub and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter supply of toilet paper is provided.
In unit laundry (washer/dryer) is available. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.
Garage: Kayaks, paddleboards, and Lily pad swimming mat for guest use along with several adult and child life vests.
The garage and driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Three parking spaces are available in front of the double stall garage, and one parking space is available in the garage. No street parking is available on the road.
The grill is located on the front deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.
We are available if guests need us, otherwise we respect guests` space to enjoy the Lake House with their family and friends! We are available via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.
If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. - A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys and garage door openers. - Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. - No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. - No candles or open flames allowed in the home. - Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home. - Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am. - Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door, front deck facing the lake, front yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out. - Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay. - Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. This is a great place to stay. The owners are thorough and attentive, making sur every detail is met. The home itself is beautifully designed and fantastic for meeting our needs. While we stayed in the winter and didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the lake, we would solidly recommend this location to anyone.

4th of July Vacation
The house and yard are maintained to perfection! The addition of kayaks, paddle boards etc provides hours of fun for all ages. Although the appearance of the home next door was not great, we occasionally visited with the extremely nice owners. We were hoping the lakefront area would include a beach and the water wouldn’t be so weedy, but that didnt prevent us from enjoying the water.

Mother’s Day Retreat
This is a 25 year tradition. We’ve stayed at several locations on the lake, this by far is the best. Great communication! Awesome deck that included a great furniture setup. We’ll be back!

Anniversary Getwaway
Home & property were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Lake was clear and nice to fish in. Hosts were very attentive and were available at any time; easy to communicate with.
