"Overall very happy with the property. The pool was wonderful, the beds were super comfy and the extras were much used. It is a very baby friendly house and perfect for our large group, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location is fantastic as our kids were able to bike to many places. It is a quiet area, with beautiful views up and down the canal. Only 2 things to be aware of, there is no screened in porch but the deck is very nice and large. The sleeper sofa is not at all...

"My family and I stayed for 3 nights and loved the accommodations. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were fabulous and the tennis court was a bonus. We loved how close we were to stores, restaurants, beaches and other vacay activities. We would highly recommend!"

"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in.
