"Everything was done via digital platforms, no physical keys, just a code that I had to use on smart locks around the property. Even though there's no official front desk, the support was quick when I had questions via text that solved my issues. The bed was medium firm, which I appreciated though if you like a fluffy mattress, this wasn't it. Overall, it's clear owners care for this property and everything was clean and functional. "The rooms are big. Pool is great and love you have your own jacuzzi for the building we stayed in. Also maintenance was very prompt on unclogging tub. Walls are very thick so cant hear your neighbors. "

"This was the perfect weekend getaway. We had so much fun floating in the lazy river. The house had room enough for all 10 of us. The game room was the perfect way to spend our evenings laughing and making memories."

"The stay was good mostly, the only issue was we didn’t have water one morning and was not notified it would be out. Turns out it was a construction issue. Also later that same day there was no hot water. Other than that I would stay there again. "

"The restaurant next to the hotel was over 12 and we had our 1 year old so we were not able to try it. The layout of the hotel was different than most. The gym was across a street and so was the tennis courts. The pool and hot tub was close by which was nice. And the room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen which if you are staying there a couple nights it’s nice to have the option to cook. Over all I would recommend."

"This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!"
