"The house was amazing, very confortable and clean, we found everything we need in the kitchen to prepare food, bedrooms and restrooms were clean and confortable. The access to the beach it was a little complicated for the old members of my family however there are few free beaches near and we decided to go there with the cars and explore the area. The sea was warm and very clean as well. I recommend this place. (Some areas in the complex are still in development and construction but it doesn't...

"Amazing views and quite almost empty beach. The water is warm and clean with very little to disturb you. The house is well equipped and had plenty of towels for sandy feet, very very comfortable mattresses. The area is secluded but just what we were after, close enough to San Felipe and yummy places to eat. Would definitely stay again!"

"Perfect place to getaway from it all. Mike and Gail are perfect hosts. Private beach access. Exquisitely decorated and very welcoming. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to get back!"

"The property itself is just beautiful but combine the condo with the view of the Sea of Cortez right outside the balcony and you’ve got an unbeatable combination. The condo was spotless and exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. The security was diligent and on-going throughout the evenings. We will come back for another visit here this year! "

"Better than expected! Excellent location close enough to the Malecon to walk but far away from the noise. Property is directly on a beach that gets little traffic during the day. Hosts very welcoming and great resources for local attractions and restaurants. I don’t know what could improve on the experience. "

"We loved this house! Stayed here for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint. Loved how it was decorated, colorful, bright and open layout. Perfect for multiple people. Loved the roof setup as well. Had a small issue with the water pump on the last day, but they were quick to get it repaired. All in all, would love to stay here again!"

"Beautiful house, right on the beach, which is very clean and pretty deserted, except for some quads and jeeps (WHO looks at a pristine beach and says to themselves, yes I should go roaring over the sand with a lot of noise and stink? Just wondering). Shells abound. The water tank was enough for our family of 6, being very frugal, for our stay of 7 days. Electricity was never a problem. Heater was nice at this time of year. The Queen bed in the loft was a bit hard, we were glad to have a topper...
