"What impacted me the most was the exquisite well preserved architecture that is adapted to the modern days needs of the visitors. History intertwined with elegance and refined taste. A pleasure and I will definitely come back next year"

"The room was not quite as described on Expedia, but that did not matter. Not your typical hotel, more like staying as guests in someone’s house. Lovely location in a lovely village, situated in lovely scenery."

"Das Zimmer war zauber und die Personal war super nett, aber die Pools war geschlossen und alles war sehr altmodisch."

"Beautiful and genuine, cosy and intimate"

"Castle Daniel was an amazing experience! The property is very well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The meals were very good. The staff were all excellent, and recommended several great activities nearby (including visiting the Suto family of artisans, and visiting Kalnoky Castle.) The best part, though, was the spa. "For its price it is a great stay if you like Japanese atmosphere, which I do. Hosts were great and helped up with laundry."

"The receptionist was very helpful. There a lot of parking space no fee. The property was walking distance to the Citadel"

"A very charming hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, located in the heart of downtown Sighișoara. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this boutique hotel."

"The team at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay! The parking on-site is a huge bonus for anyone traveling with a car. The breakfast was delicious and had good selection."

"I paid 72 GBP for one night in a junior suite which was probably fair but the list price of 160 Euros is way too high. The 5 star rating I assume is due to the spa facilities rather than the overall offering. Couldn’t fault the staff or location but the hotel itself is looking tired and dated."

"Charming hotel, excellent food at the restaurant. Location was perfect."
