We stays on very hot days but the air con made it a pleasure. Lovely staff, a nice mix of local Limerick and migrant voices, on reception and the restaurant. Would recommend and will stay again on my next visit"

"We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!"
