"the property was cool and in a central area but the lack of cleanliness makes it hard to enjoy. the room had a foul smell i’m assuming from the vent or pipes and the shower was not clean. i was uncomfortable in the room and thankful we only had to stay 2 nights. would NOT return"

"The first room they assigned us was not even clean, there were no linens on the bed & the window was wide open. The second was ok, but tub was dirty and huge stains all over carpet & couch. Pool was dirty & breakfast was minimal. Very disappointed!"

Construction workers outside patio doors the entire 4 days working on the pool and hot tub that we paid for and paid extra so that we could have that patio they were about 4 feet from all week. Wifi costs money daily - ridiculous. 100°+ weather in AZ and air was off upon arrival - ridiculous. No smart tv - ridiculous. No microwave in room (only one small one in the lobby for the entire property). If I had more room I would go into much more detail however there isnt enough room here. I...

"The food and service were exceptional! Everyone was so helpful and nice. One of the best teams. Two of the only things I found lacking were that the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, like it hadn't been rotated in a while. And that if you make a reservation for the spa online it doesn't allow for a couple to book a room together. Thankfully, the staff at Tacaloma was able to accommodate and fix this day of!"

"BAD AREA OF TOWN!! Homeless people sleeping on picnic tables & roaming property 24/7. Loud music. People stay up late here. The people above us were up moving stuff around until 2 A.M. It feels like people live here! Exposed wires on interior door lock. Dirty - floors dirty, hair in shower soap dish and on shower wall. German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Planned on cooking on furnished burners but no ability to use them. No kitchen equipment meaning utensils, bowls,...
