When we attempted to tell the front desk they told us that any issues, credit or adjustments need to be we addressed with Expedia because we booked thru Expedia. This was the most disgusting hotel staying experience. The hotel is going thru a renovations process but it is filthy and over used. "Everything here was perfect! The room was clean. We were right across the street from the pool which was nice. Parking was a bit slim but that wasn’t a make it or break it for us. The different pools were a hit for my 3 kids. Plenty of chairs. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms but they do have a fridge. This boutique hotel is a brilliantly restored collection of mid-century modern office towers that's been given a colorful second life. Whoever dreamed this place up deserves a high five.
