Tired of City life, are you looking for a relaxing week away? Then why not treat yourselves!! Enjoy Sea views from your living room after a long soak in the Jacuzzi bath, following by dinner and drinks in the local village or why not dance the night away in Irelands only 'Beach Bar'!
This Luxurious Cottage with seaviews is set on the Ring of Kerry in Castlecove, only 2 miles from the panoramic beaches of Derrynane and Caherdaniel. The bungalow is only 10 minute walk from the golden sandy beaches of O' Carrolls Cove and the White Strand in Castlecove.
Traditional in style with timber floors and open marble fire place. This beautiful cottage has an elegant, warm, cozy atmosphere with panoramic views of the surrounding sea and countryside.

Cute cottage in Castle Cove

This cottage was roomy and comfortable..it was very clean and had a welcoming feel.. We were greeted by Noreen, the owners Mom, and she was a delight! She showed us around and answered any questions we may have had. The location was great for exploring the Ring of Kerry. Great for couples and those with a large family!

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus von Siobhans hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf der Veranda zu sitzen mit Blick auf die Umgebung und aufs Meer war Freude und Entspannung pur. ( Wir hatten 2 Wochen nur sonniges Wetter ) Die Eltern von Siobhans waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil: Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht mit den Angaben von Maps zu finden. Mit den Angaben steht man vor einer Kirche! Wir sind 1 Stunde dort hin und her gefahren, bis uns eine sehr nette Irin half und bis zum Haus begleitete. Das ist aber auch das Einzige, was nicht so gut war.

A little piece of heaven

Fantastic house, in a beautiful part of Kerry. If your in to walking you wont be disappointed with the breath taking views from taking the Kerry Way walks. The house is perfect with all the facilities you could ever want.

Beautiful house, immaculate. Spacious rooms and large walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen, warm. No satellite TV unfortunately. Great views all round, the sea and the mountains. Very welcoming with owners parents next door if we needed anything. It would have been useful to have a signpost to the property as we did get lost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Für uns alles Bestens

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus.Uns hat alles gefallen und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es. Allerdings sollte man Filtertüten in grösserem Shop kaufen.Die gibt es hier nirgends. Die Betten sind nicht sehr breit. Uns hat es nicht gestört zumal es 4 Schlafzimmer hat und wir gut hätten ausweichen können. Die Besitzer sind ganz liebe Menschen und helfen gerne. Die Aussicht war super. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Good but not quite luxurious

Very nicely appointed and large property. In a stunning location with fantastic views. Good location for exploring the Ring of Kerry by car, bike or walking. Everything that you need to some elements need attention. Superficially clean but when you look closer a bit dusty and cob webby. Several light bulbs not working. Quality of bedding is a bit thin and basic. But we were warmly welcomed on a rainy evening and introduced to the property. Enjoyed our stay. P.s Could do with some 'mood' lighting in the lounge.

A Great Place

A great cottage! Great location, just 2 minutes off the Ring of Kerry, with a great beach nearby. Wonderful view every morning across the bay. A really spacious and clean cottage!

A very nice and well-functioning house with nice views and super landlord

We were on our first joint trip to Ireland, family of three generations. We had 6 nights stay. The house is large and well decorated, it accommodates three generations of different needs. There is a nice big kitchen with a large selection of kitchenware. Dining area with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. All bedrooms are large and you have every opportunity to get a good night's sleep. Kids loved the hot tub. We were all delighted with how super clean and well maintained there was in every room. We were received very warmly by the landlord's parents who are neighbors. Here is all the help and advice for hiking and local shopping and dining that you want. The house is close to hiking trails and beaches. The splendid Irish scenery and the sheeps is outside the windows. In short, this is the kind of house you dream of when you want to experience Ireland.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren das erste Mal in Irland und es war einfach wunderschön. Dazu hat auch dieser absolute Glücksgriff mit dem Ferienhaus beigetragen. Alles was man braucht, netter Empfang, ruhige Umgebung, phantastische Aussicht. Noch dazu hatten wir kein irisches Wetter sondern 2 Wochen Sonnenschein. Da hat sich das einzige Manko des Hauses gezeigt, nämlich keine bequeme Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Ein paar Gartenklappstühle wären schön gewesen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wunderschöne Lage

Großes und sauberes Haus. Kerry Wanderweg beginnt ca 15 min oberhalb vom Haus. Unbedingt den Kerryweg bis Caherdaniel ausprobieren! Mit dem Auto super schöne Strände in 6 Min erreichbar und auch bis Valentia Island nur ca 45min. Gute Ausgangslage um Kerry zu erkunden. Und genug Platz für alle

Cottage de luxe !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 jours dans le cottage de Siobhan. Tout le confort et les équipements sont prévus pour passer de belles vacances. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la maman de Siobhan. Les chambres sont grandes dont 2 sont équipées de salle de bain avec douche et wc, plus une grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire/spa. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le canapé très confortable. Le cadre est magnifique avec la vue sur mer au loin. A l'extérieur il y a une belle terrasse avec table de jardin et une famille de moutons qui se promène. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le sud du Kerry dont Valentia Island à faire absolument. Le cottage est à 1 heure de route du parc national de Killarney. Si j'avais un point négatif à faire c'est que le cottage est un peu loin des commerces alimentaires et pubs. Nous conseillons le pub Blind Piper à proximité. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir et recommandons cet hébergement.

Großartiges Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in einem schönen, sehr gut ausgestattetem großen Haus! Die Lage ist super - am Ring of Kerry, trotzdem ruhig und mit Blick aufs Meer! Ein Wanderweg (Kerry Way) liegt unweit hinter dem Haus. Hierüber sind es nur ca 3 km bis nach Caherdaniel zu laufen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und die Abwicklung vor Ort lief hervorragend! Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

A relaxing week in a beautiful setting

We spent a week in this cottage and where very impressed. The cottage has all that you require for a stay (fully furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom) with washing machine and dryer. The spa bath was fantastic. We spent mornings sipping coffee outside on the decking and taking in the view of the Bay. We did some of the walks recommended by the host and her family and went to pier head, o'carrolls cove which was beautiful. The location is well situated for the ring of kerry being just a 2 min drive away and places like Sneem and Waterville a short drive away. We had a really great week here and would definitely recommend staying here if you want a quiet relaxing time. Many thanks to the host and her family who checked in on us to ensure we where fine and had all that we required.

Spacious bungalow, just off the Ring of Kerry

The accommodation and facilities were of high standard. The only thing lacking would have been some more comfortable outdoor seating. The location is great for days out to many well-known places. Wonderful scenery, infusing on the doorstep.
