"This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of little nooks and cranny’s to sit quietly if you wish. The bar was busy and we ate there. The service was very good and the food, exceptional. Breakfast too was very good. Overall, a good experience but at a higher than necessary price. Also, there is no pool at this hotel and no pool next door, as suggested. You have access to a pool but that’s a five min drive away, so maybe they do not need to mention a pool at all....

"The Killarney Townhouse is affiliated with the Grand Southern Hotel which is where car parking currently is. The Grand Southern staff was very helpful bringing our luggage to the Townhouse! The Killarney Townhouse is an older property but it has recently been renovated. The 3 bed room we had was spacious and very comfortable. "Staff were friendly. Facilities were a bit old without A/C in the room so had a slight musty odor in places."

"Great comfortable stay, only quirk was the expectation that the key was to be given to the lobby staff when you leave the hotel for outings. The key is very big and has a 75 euro deposit. Not a big deal when the staff are not busy with attending the bar/other guests. Breakfast was decent."

"We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."

"There is nothing I can say good about this place. There was dirty hand prints on the walls in our apartment area. The mattresses had urine stains all over them and also something we couldn’t tell if it was blood, mold or what it was. I would not recommend staying here"
