"We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to."

"The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"If you make sure to get a newly renovated room, all is good. If you don’t, it’s a completely different stay. The rooms that are not renovated are dingy older and need a deep cleaning. Shower is small, etc. If you get a newly renovated room it’s completely opposite. Air-conditioning is fabulous.
