Unser Urlaub war super. Pietro ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat alle Fragen sofort kompetent beantwortet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir können die Unterkünfte und den Urlaubsort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Besonders toll fanden unsere Kids den Tennisplatz und den Pool.

Maison très bien équipée et perdue au milieu des oliviers et des vignes. Idéalement placée pour partir en vadrouille en Toscane ( 45 min de Florence, 30 min de Sienne et 1h30 de Pise et plein de village aux alentours).Piscine agréable avec une vue extraordinaire, ce petit hameau va nous manquer Pietro est très sympathique et nous reviendrons certainement !

Wunderschön gelegenes altes Landhaus

Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das toskana-typische Haus ist wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe gelegen zusammen mit ein paar anderen Häusern, etwa 1 km abseits der Straße, erreichbar über einen Schotterweg. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, alles notwendige ist vorhanden, insbesondere auch in der Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein großes Dankeschön an Pietro, er ist ein toller Gastgeber.

Super schöne Anlage

Herrliche stilvolle Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Schöne schattige Terrasse. Wunderbarer Blick. Tolle Außenanlage mit Tennisplatz und Pool zur freien Nutzung. Die Kommunikation mit dem super netten Vermieter lief einwandfrei! Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern im Juli zu Gast. Liegt auch sehr zentral zum Besuch vieler toskanischen Städte. Die Zufahrt zur Anlage ist etwas steil.. aber nur Mut ;-) Viele herzlichen Dank an Pietro! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Heaven in Chianti

We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. Our host Pietro could not have been better- helpful but not intrusive, informative and friendly. The general area also had so much to offer. We would go back in a minute! Thanks Pietro

Großartiges Quartier!

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in phantastischer Lage, mit Atmosphäre und Charakter. Für Leute, die Ruhe und Entspannung in herrlicher Natur suchen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, ging auf individuelle Wünsche ein, hieß uns herzlich willkommen und holte uns am ersten Tag sogar an einem leicht zu findenden Treffpunkt ab, damit wir gut zur Unterkunft gelangten.

Un séjour magnifique dans une région étonnate

Pietro nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans cette maison pleine de caractère d'un petit hameau au coeur du Chianti.La maison est très bien conçue,les deux chambres sont à l'étage ainsi que la salle de bain et les toilettes. Le rez de chaussée est bien accueillant avec sa cuisine conviviale et son grand salon qui ouvre sur un jardin offrant une vue magnifique sur les vignes et la campagne.Le lieu est idyllique et calme.Situé à la croisée des villes à voir (Sienne,Florence,San Giminiano ),c'est un lieu idéal pour des vacances reposantes et culturelles.La maison doit être bien agréable l'été avec ses murs de pierre.Merci beaucoup à Pietro pour tout.

Quiet, Relaxing Villa in a Beautiful Village!

When we arrived the owner met us at the appartment and showed us around. His communication with us was great leading upto our arrival. The setting of this place is absolutely amazing. So quiet and beautiful. The views from both sides of the house are wonderful. We played tennis on the court with such an outstanding view. The pool looks great too, but it was out of season for us. Well located to visiting various hill top towns. We also did a wine tour at one of the many wineries in the area which I highly recomend (We did Monsanto, but there are lots of options in the area). The kitchen was very well equiped and everything was in good working order in the house. We cooked here every day. The rooms are large and we were very comfortable for our 5 day stay in April. It's essential you have a car. If you are looking to get away from the bustle of the city and have a relaxing and quiet setting close to midevil towns and wineries, this place is a terrific option.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Die Städte Florenz, Siena und San Gimignano sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zwischen den Besichtigungen und Ausflügen im Chianti und der Umgebung kann man herrlich entspannen auf der Terrasse mit Essplatz und Liegen und dabei die phantastische Aussicht genießen. Abends ruft ein Käuzchen, morgens zwitschern die Vögel. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Einrichtung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden vom freundlichen Gastgeber am Ferienhaus in Empfang genommen, und uns wurde alles Notwendige gezeigt. Danke auch an Pietro für Cantuccini und Vinsanto! Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und herrlich gelegen; leider wurde die gesetzlich geregelte Schließung nach dem 1. Oktoberwochenende umgesetzt, obwohl noch sommerliche Temperaturen herrschten. Die ca. 2 km lange Zufahrt über einen Schotterweg ist teilweise eine Herausforderung, aber auch mit einem normalen Pkw machbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und würden bei einem nochmaligen Urlaub im Chianti gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl an Unternehmungen in der Toskana (Florenz, Siena und sehr schöne Dörfer) in 30-45 Minuten erreichbar. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Toll sind Garten, Pool und Tennisplatz. Guter Schlaf ist garantiert aufgrund Stille und guter Matratzen. Pietro ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, den man jederzeit kontaktieren kann. Vielen Dank!

Just WAUW

Vi havde der mest fantastiske ophold i Pietro dejlige hus tæt på Poggabonsi. Pietro mødte os på selve ankomstdagen og havde sat en typisk flaske toscansk vin og småkager til. Alt blev gennemgået i lejligheden. Op til ankomsten havde vi fået mail om forslag til oplevelser restauranter og særværdigheder. Han er bare den perfekte udlejer. Selve huset var stort rent og bare hyggeligt. Køkkenet indbød til at lave god mad - masser af køkkenredskaber og service. Fælles pool var ren og aldrig overfyldt da bolig komplekset består af 28 huse. Huset ligger i perfekt afstand til Firenze Pisa og Castilla in Chianti. Området egner sig nok mest til familier med lidt større børn som elsker at bare. Skulle vores ferie de næste par år gå til Toscana og kommer vi helt sikkert igen. Kan på det varmeste anbefale Pietro og hans hus

Great Natural surroundings

This is a great place to stay and use as a base to visit any city within 90 minutes drive. Pietro is a great host and the restaurants he recommended was great. Fantastic to breathe clean air and walking through the vineyards on my early morning jog!

Excellent stay in Tuscany

This is a truly exceptional place to spend a vacation. Pietro is an incredible host and he provided a very clean apartment and even let us borrow tennis racquets for our children. We spend 5 wonderful days touring the Tuscan countryside.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Pietro ist ein umsichtiger, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt für Fahrten in die umliegenden Städte San Gimignano, Siena, Monteriggioni und ins Chiantigebiet. Alles innerhalb von 40 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Nutzbarkeit des Tennisplatzes bzw. des Pools sind ein Traum. Ein Ort um Kraft und Ruhe zu tanken.

Maravilloso!

De forma espontánea decidimos pasar las vacaciones de Carnaval en la Toscana. Nos llamó la atencion esta casita y esta zona y no nos defraudó en absoluto. La zona es preciosa, el pueblito donde esta la casa es increible y la casa, que decir. Perfecta, acogedora, auténtica. Puesta con mucho gusto, camas impecables, chimenea y todo lo necesario para estar agusto. Lo mejor de todo,el anfitrión. Pietro es super amable y encantador. Nos dio un montón de ideas para visitar la zona, nos trajo extra de leña y se preocupó de que estuviésemos como en casa. Super recomendable. Volveremos!

Nice location in the heart of the Chianti area

We really loved the ancient surrounding in a lovely environment. We spent our vacation in January; spring might be even nicer.
