"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They remembered me and said hi to me and when my flight was canceled, they let me stay in my room while I figured out how to rearrange my plans. I'd stay here every time I visit omaha, I love that its historic and independently owned. Room was big and clean, as was the bathroom. Location was awesome. Walkable to lots of parts of downtown and Old Market."

"I loved this hotel and the staff couldn't do enough to make my visit fun and easy. Breakfast was really good, variety, clean facility. My room was huge, comfy, clean, and just what I needed after a long day of sight seeing. BTW, they have a free shuttle bus to all the tourist sites available upon asking, which was great. And the drivers were like mini tour guides. It was so much fun. I would go back there again and again. Definitely next time I'm in Omaha"

The only negative thing is when I booked the room it was to have a walk out shower and the room had a tub instead. It did however look like it was remodeled recently. I think it is just a matter of updating the information. Very pleased with the stay."
