"I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. "

"This is very much a glamping experience. The trailers are nice, but too small to do much besides sleep in them. The private bathrooms and outdoor showers make this place! They add a fun style too it, especially in the heat of the summer. The outdoor seating area and pool are nice too. This would be a fun place for a girls weekend or small family reunion. "

"Contigo Ranch is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Just sitting on the porch, either in front or the back, one can observe wonderful wildlife such as deers, wild turkeys, humming birds, road runners and the ever talking colony of Purple Martins. The flowering Sage added just the perfect touch of color. The breakfast delivered in picnic basket in the morning was very good. "

"This property has absolutely gorgeous views. It has an old world Spanish Mexican mix feel you would not expect in hill country. The main limiting factor is there is not any lunch or dinner options Sunday through Thursday. You would need to drive into town or be very creative with the food supplies you bring with you. "

"The house was ok. There is only one room with an actual door. The other 2 rooms have sliding a barn door and you can see into the room, so don't use this one if you need privacy. "When we got to the property, there was toilet paper thrown on the patio deck, a long piece of aluminum siding on the deck. Hot tub not working, fire pit not working (no propane), loose parts and trash on side of deck. My wife hurt her foot, hitting it on a loose plank on the deck.
