"Good value"

"Rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. The grounds overall are well maintained. Breakfast was excellent."

"Borgo San Luis is a luxury destination! The four of us were treated as honored guests of great renown. The grounds were wide, varied, and immaculate. The breakfasts were special events for us foodies, and the swimming pool was refreshing even in October!. Parking was free, secure, and accessible. We easily saw why the Borgo was a destination for the weddings, feasts, and meetings that were taking place at the time of our visit -- but they were never intrusive. "Bedroom was renovated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and with many options. Parking spots at the hotel are very limited and made for small cars. Location is great, close to train station and walking distance of the old town and main square."

"Excelente café da manhã equipe muito atenciosa ótima localização p quem está de carro"

"The place smelled like mold and mildew, the ceiling has leak stains and bathroom had mold. I couldn’t force myself to stay, was afraid I may get sick. Horrible experience! Ended up booking another hotel and left. Luca, the guy at the friend desk wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name."

"El lugar es bellísimo y las atenciones en el lugar también. A pesar de ser una propiedad notoriamente antigua está muy bien conservada y no huele a humedad."

"Property seem reasonable, staff helpful, rooms are little small and dated, bathrooms need renovation."

"El staff extraordinario El desayuno muy bueno y variado Las instalaciones son maravillosas y la habitación resultó muy amplia"

"Beautiful property, staff was always helpful. Food was excellent."

"Very charming villa with a nice view. Staffs were all nice and friendly"

"Struttura molto pulita ed al centro di colle val d'elsa. Ottimo, ci torneremo. Parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Struttura raggiungibile comunque con il proprio mezzo per poter scaricare i bagagli."

"Property was absolutely beautiful, clean , very nice and helpful staff. We had an amazing time felt at home recommending 100%"

"Excellent staff"

"Awesome staff and a spacious room equipped with a kitchen. It's within walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage—though the receptionist kindly helped carry mine up. Be sure to leave a tip for the staff, especially if you’re assigned a room on the 6th floor with all those stairs!"

"We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free."
