"I didn't receive an email for the code so when I arrived I had to contact the property manager. He was quick to respond. My issue with the property was that someone knew the code to the apartment I was staying in and broke in but left as soon as they heard I was there. I contacted the manager and all I was told was that no one from their team was there. I didn't feel safe and they didn't resolve my issue. I was expecting them to change the code or change me rooms but I had no reponse after I...

"Our main issue was that the listing said that it sleeps 6 people and there are only 2 beds and a couch (that does not pull out). Also, the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with cooling the place. It did not cool down until comfortable enough to sleep until about 2am. The location and parking was great."

"Never rent from a property that does not have outside pictures. The inside is a published. I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall. There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses. "It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again."

"Thank you we had a wonderful visit to Fargo. The apartment was well stocked and met our needs. Thanks for the extra coffee (we used most of it). The only comment would be to specifically list the types of beds in each room. We have expected two twins in one and a twin and double in the other. It would have also been nice to know there was a pull out couch.Great place and we will likely book it again!Char"
