"This was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel for a quick overnight before a flight. I was coming from Tuscany and wasn't sure which train I'd make. The staff communicated with me the whole time on how to get into the hotel, should I arrive after the last shuttle. When I got to the airport I called, and the shuttle was there within 10 min, super seamless. The hotel also offered to have food waiting in my room from the restaurant which was amaaazing and such a nice touch. The staff was...

"Beautiful and unique boutique hotel that gave the feeling of Alice in Wonderland. The hotel signage was not prominently visible from the location we approached the hotel. I was surprised to see large crowds of people at the building next door. We were never bothered by the people but it was clear they may be homeless or in need of medical services given their bags, bandages, appearance and attire. "L’extérieur ne fait pas justice à l’intérieur. Hôtel très propre et luxueux, le restaurant et le bar y sont très bon. La gare de train est juste à côté et on peut marcher quelques minutes pour se rendre à presque tout les endroit touristiques. "

"It is a very good hotel, if you are looking to go to the Duomo area is the best choice, is less than 10 minutes from there. The staff is very attentive and if I ever come back I will stay at the same place. Sheets and towels are nice and neat and this is an A+ for me. Room Service excellent and a very good price"

"9am transatlantic flight, so glad we stayed at airport. 15 minute walk to check baggage, went back to hotel for outstanding breakfast then checkout and easy walk to security and gate. There was some sort of train issue that delayed others on our flight who stayed at off airport hotel."
