"The entire hotel, casino, and pool areas played VERY loud music all the time. I love music but this was louder than any other place I’ve been to in Vegas. I could feel the base thumping in my room when I went to bed at night. The constant ID scan was annoying. The drinks were overpriced. She refused to check us into our “available” room a few hours earlier(got into our booked room at 10:30am) and forced us to stay in a dirty room that was 3x’s the price & didn’t offer any form of accommodations. "None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel."

"It’s a beautiful, new hotel. I was very excited about my stay. Until I turned the lights off to sleep and could hear every voice, every door slam, every footstep down the hall. I ended up getting about 4 hours of sleep before a big conference. For night 2 of my stay I ended up getting earplugs and putting towels under the door to try and block out the noise. It’s a shame so little was invested in the door area which lets noise in like a sieve. A hotel should number one provide a good nights...
