"While we were there they had a water leak on the second floor that flooded part of the first floor. Because of the problem there was no water in the facility until 9AM. The water was turned off at around 11PM the previous night. The breakfast that is available is very minimal. The only proteins that are provided were only in a frozen eeg biscuit or a frozen breakfast burrito. There are no items that a cooked on site. "Property is very run down compared to pictures. When we went into the room, it was not cleaned, stains all over the place, trash in the cans, dirty towels, to say the least, VERY dissatisfied. Asked for a refund and went next door. I will say staff was polite. "

"It was okay. It was a decent hotel for $80/night but if it were priced any higher than that, I'd probably stay elsewhere. The beds were comfortable but the nearby train noise is ridiculous, so be warned if you're a light sleeper."

"Absolutely zero cleaning even after having to request it. They do not care about the guests. I stayed four nights and not once did they come in and clean. I asked front desk and they said they would get somebody to clean it and it still didn’t get done. I guess no one is in charge of making sure they do their job. When you check out they know better than to ask how your stay was! The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t pick zero!!"

"Only booked for the pool asked about the pool then they ran and closed it so we couldn't use it the owner was racial profiling my family also I had booked 2 room 1 pet per room but they made me leave my cat in the car over night as well they charged me 225 extra deposit "

"Do not stay here. Room smells toilet leaked doors do not lock securely. Steps are broken and unsafe. You book and pay for a king but you get a queen mattress on a full box springs if you sit on the side you will slide off. There was open wires stained horrible carpet. The pictures are not of this place the rooms look nothing like the pics you have no access to lobby or front desk. There is no iron ironing board no amenities. Also they will demand to see what you paid and require a deposit...
