"This is a charming, light- filled, calm and friendly hotel. The staff are very helpful, a special thank you to Adriana at breakfast who was always so warm and kind. Breakfast is so beautifully presented and generous. Adriana even let our children help her to feed the pet turtles! The housekeeping staff are incredible! Our whole apartment was made immaculate every day. The gardens and pool are quiet and relaxing. The decor is tired and needs a revamp / re paint in some areas of the bedrooms but...

"The washroom was not really clean. We could not throw our toilet paper in the toilet due to the host rule. Also, the AC didn’t work and the bed pillows were so hard to lay on. However, this place is not far from Cascais center and the neighbourhood is quiet! It’s easy to access to the building, its a great place if you want to stay for a few days. "

"We cannot fault our stay at this beautiful property. It has everything and more you could wish for, the pool being a massive bonus following a day of exploring or just for relaxation. "Ideal location for the many beautiful attractions around Estoril. The chalet offers high quality accommodation, the interior and exterior spaces are generous. Sitting out of an evening in the private garden enjoying the warmth till late added to the overall attraction of the chalet. Rick was an effective link providing quick and helpful advice when requested. Perfect for family group. Definitely would stay again. "

"This is a very spacious apartment for a 2 bedroom property with incredible views in all directions but especially across the ocean towards Lisbon. We stayed for 14 nights. Patricia was a very welcoming and friendly host who communicated well and could not have been more helpful. Being a top floor penthouse, it is private and quiet. "The apartment was beautiful, check in was stress free with the 24 hour concierge and Therese was really helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. But the best bit was the pool which was amazing and easy to reach through the sliding doors. I came with my three children, 11, 15 and 17 and we all had a great time. I definitely recommend. "

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "
