"Jenn and Madeline were fabulous hosts. Very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast far surpassed expectations, and check in process was seamless. We were able to walk into town easily (just be aware there is a bit of a hill if you walk back). Nice neighborhood, we will be back!"

"A short drive from Collegetown and the main Cornell Campus, this hotel is a fine stay for families visiting Ithaca. The breakfast is limited to eggs and a rotating selection of meats, as well as the usual waffle and cereal stations, but there is a grocery store and gas station within walking distance for those that would prefer more options. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, staff were polite and helpful, and there is a large parking lot available. I would gladly stay here again."

"Parking was great right in front of your room, the property is aged, but the rooms were clean air-conditioning and heating worked. We needed both on our trip lol. The staff was very kind and worked with me before the trip to modify my reservation even when Expedia was making it difficult minor challenge they said breakfast was served at 7 AM and when I got there at 7:15, nobody was in the lobby, which put a crimp in our schedule. I believe they didn’t show up until around 7:45. That’s a minor...

"The reservation for an accessible room with a walk in shower was not carried out, Our room had a tub. The room was minimally equipped for a very high price of over $200 for the area. The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. Police had to be called when we were checking in to quell a dangerous situation with another guest. Breakfast was poor. We learned that the Quality Inn was...

"Clean room, nice motel, continental breakfast, close to many stores. Easy to get to. Man that is at the front desk at night goes out of his way to help you if you have a problem. Only problem we have is figuring out the remote for the tv. We stay here often."

"We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...

"The hotel is well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay in a spacious, well furnished suite with all the amenities. The only drawback was a loud HVAC system, whenever it was running. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We'll definitely stay again!"
