"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it.
One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something .
I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area.
Room also nicely decorated
However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third.
Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay.
Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation."

"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambassador Nice. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
My room was spotless and well maintained throughout my stay. I was also lucky to have a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more enjoyable.
The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Nice, with the beach, restaurants, and many attractions just a short walk away. I would gladly stay here again and...

"if you're on a budget and want something that's close to the beach, it works! but real talk... the toilet wasn't quite working its best, the shower doesn't have a curtain so water splashes all over the floor. the air conditioning works very well though!!! i had a room with a balcony, it was nice to put my bikini on it, but it doesn't really have a good view.

"Me gustó porque íbamos con mis 2 hijos adolescentes y teníamos 2 cuartos, tuvimos unos problemas con el baño que repararon rápidamente, lo que no me gustó es que el AA no es potente, fuimos en unos dias donde el calor era muchísimo y los cuartos estaban calientes, no era suficiente el AA. Pero en general el hotel esta céntrico y bien."

It needed a little repair and maintenanace in places, but nothing serious, and the in-room amenities were a bit sparse.
