Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Holiday Inn Naples by IHG
Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night.
