Glass sliding doors from the living room to an outdoor balcony, with patio table and chairs, with views of the swimming pool, and surrounding areas, to enjoy morning breakfast, and coffee outdoors.
Another glass door from the patio balcony leads into the kitchen. All new Samsung appliances, washing machine, refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, stove and oven, with sink and dish holders for washed dishes.
Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, with utensils, dishes, bowls, pots and pans for cooking,cups and glasses all included.
Outdoor activities involve swimming, soccer, and children's playground, along with a convenient food store all within the complex.
There are plenty of restaurants, outdoor cafes, fruit stands and a large supermarket(Marjean), about 5-10 minutes from apartment. McDonalds restaurant within 10 minutes, and the beaches are 5-10 minutes away. Everything is conveniently located.
There is an amusement park, water park, golf club and fitness club close by. Taxi service is available right outside the complex, if you want to travel to the city for a low fee. Buses and other transportation is available for trips.

Tres jolie appartement d'une résidence propre sécurisée et calme idéal pour vacances en famille, commodités transports commerces, piscines propres et surveillés. Propriétaires accueillants serviables et d'une gentillesse exemplaire.

Es war ein wunderschöner und erlebnisreicher Urlaub. Dazu beigetragen hat auch die angemietete Ferienwohnung nebst Anlage. Eine Wohnung die schon von der Einrichtung (3 Zimmer, Bad und separates WC, gut ausgestattete Küche inkl. Waschmaschine), als auch vom Comfort (Architektur, Möbel und Klimaanlage) und dem Ausblick (Pool und Landschaft) alles bietet. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets super. Hervorzuheben auch, dass sich die Wohnung in einer sehr gut überwachten Anlage befindet, in der man nicht Angst um seiner selbst und der Wertgegenstände haben muss. Meine Familie (Ehefrau, drei Kinder, Oma und ich) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Drei Pools in der Anlage, eine schöne Gartenlandschaft und den lebendigen Atlantik (wenige Minuten Fußmarsch, sauberes Wasser und Sandstrand) vor der Türe, haben dass Ihrige dazu beigetragen. Außerhalb der Anlage gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants. Ein Abstecher nach Mohammedia, Casablanca, Rabat ist jederzeit und günstig mit dem Taxi (war unser bevorzugtes Fortbewegungsmittel) möglich. Geheimtipp: Auf der Landstraße (N1) zwischen Mohammedia und (unmittelbar vor) Bouznika gibt es tolle Restaurants mit Spielplätzen (vorne Tankstelle, hinterhalb Restaurant mit schöner Gartenanlage und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder). Hervorzuheben ist die Station Petrom Nzaha. Die Eltern genießen das sehr gute lokale Essen, während sich die quirligen Kinder in der gesicherten Anlage spielerisch austoben können. Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung und auch das Drumherum nur weiterempfehlen

L appartement est super , dans une résidence très agréable où les gens sont très enclin à vous renseigner ! Les piscines sont propres et bien surveillées. Les environs sont facilement accessibles taxi ou la gare à 15mn. La propriétaire est très gentille et répond immédiatement à toutes vos demandes !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans cet appartement, qui est agréable et au calme malgré la période estivale. Le logement est bien équipé et climatisé. La proximité de la piscine et des piscines car il y en a plusieurs, est très appréciable. Sur la terrasse nous avons vue sur l'océan. La résidence est sécurisée, une seule entrée, avec plusieurs gardiens. La surveillance est assurée 24h/24, et le personnel très agréables. Quant à la propriétaire, Madame Mahjabi, nous avons un très bon contact, très à l'écoute et soucieuse de notre bien être, vraiment sympa. Nous avons été très bien accueillit par le frère de Mme Mahjabi. Tout s'est bien passé. Pour la plage, vous pouvez aller au Sablette ou Miramar. En face de la résidence on y trouve des commerces de proximité (carrefour market) mais aussi des restaurants et petits marchands de fruits et légumes. Merci Dear Rabia, (I'll try in English) Thanks you so much for your kindness and to welcome us in your appartement. We spend a good time. Residency is very calm and you can have fun all day long at the swimming pool where at least 2 lifesaver per swimming pool work from 10am to 19pm. There is 4 to 6 swimming pool. Super séjour dans une belle résidence balnéaire

Un très bon séjour alliant calme et activités balnéaires. Animations régulières avec plusieurs piscines dans la résidence . ideal pour famille avec enfants. Residence sécurisée et bien organisée, une propriétaire disponible et sérieuse. A recommander.

A clean, quiet and secure place to spend a relaxing break.

Rabia arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. Her brother met us at the apartment, showed us around and the following day sorted out wifi for us.There were a couple of unlicensed restaurants within easy walking distance, the food in both was good, as well as a small supermarket nearby. A more expensive, licensed restaurant ( Zimmer ) was about half an hour walk away. Here you can enjoy a very good meal while watching the sun go down beyond the sandy beach. We stayed during the quiet season so there were few people about, which suited us. I imagine it will be busier during the high season. There is a 24 hour security presence ( very friendly ) at the entrance to the complex. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, two good sized bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet room. Casablanca was about half an hour by train from the station at Mohammedia ( ten minuets by taxi from the complex ). Marrakesh was three hours by train. Both cities are well worth a visit. If you want to enjoy a Moroccan holiday away from the tourist areas ( it will help if you speak French or Arabic ) then this is the place to go.

Calme et chaleureux,idéal pour la détente...

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans ce magnifique appartement,très calme ,très propre et très bien décoré.Tout a été prévu pour le confort et pratique car très bien équipé. Résidence avec Piscine entretenue tous les jours,très propre.Commerce à proximité,pour les restos prévoir taxi ou véhicule à 5 min.Bord de mer à 10 min à pied.Propriétaire très sympathique et Accueil très chaleureux par leur proche Norredine et son épouse encore merci pour tout.idéal pour les vacances ou pied à terre sur Mohammedia.
